Hlal's War Horn

Made from a hollowed out dragon's horn from Hlal herself, Hlal's War Horn is expertly crafted with depictions of dragons in battle on it's exterior, and laced with copper and bronze all around.
When blown, the horn emits an intimidating sound that can be heard a mile (5,000 ft.) away, used previously by the Blood Sworn during the Crusades to signal attacks, or warn of danger.
The primal magic of the horn, when heard by other Blood Sworn, increases their movement speed by 10 feet for 2 turns, and expands the "Blood Brother/Sister" ability distance to ear shot instead of just visual sight.
Using the War Horn costs 1 Action.
