Sessions 022-023

Session 22-23:

The Party surrounded the last remaining Magistrate Cleric to survive battle, however, the Cleric smirks - "You are too late" and begins to foam at the mouth, dead

The Party takes time to discuss what all of it means, Dax sends Nonami to scout the cave below. Nonami returns, telling Dax that the Cleric who remained behind, had left, and a note was found (Pic 1)

Kelketh and Turrok say their farewells, saying they can not join them on leaving Mount Maiden, that their place is to stay and protect the Shrine

The Party decides to take the coastal path to Port Liore to avoid conflict, and make camp at an abandoned and wreaked ship on the beach

Not so abandoned - a strange man with dirty hair, pale skin, and sea barnacles growing all over him rises up... his voice upbeat, but with a hint of dehydration

He introduces himself as Captain Garth, the Captain of the Longfellow, the ship now beached and torn apart

Prifi soon discovers that he is a Construct, a very sophisticated replica of a human

Garth remembers that he was made by the High Elves of the Sylvan Island, even though his memories are clearly unstable

Nyx becomes noticeably concern

Upon a long rest, the Party leaves, and Captain Garth offers his services as a Sailor should she find a ship

Along the coast, the Party encounters 6 large crabs, and decides to fight the encounter rather than change routes

The battle lasts about 30 seconds, before the ground shakes before them

The Mother Crab emerges, standing 15 feet tall, 15 feet wide
